Design

 As we begin our planning, our focus is to achieve a design that’s creative, aesthetic, functional, energy efficient and cost effective. We are sensitive to your thoughts and input, preferring the design process to be a collaboration of efforts between us. We will guide you along through every phase of the design and advise you of the most cost effective way to build a structurally sound and durable home. We will also provide many suggestions of value for lighting, plumbing, hardware and appliances, or give an allowance for making those selections of your choice. All of the details of the design, from the foundation through the finish stages, will be documented as written specifications in the construction contract. These written specifications will act as a “roadmap” to reference and assure that your home is being built as you planned.
